I fell into the sunlight
of the morning star,
and with each kiss
from her hot lips,
I was born anew
into worlds of hope and glory.
I tasted the sand
of the new moon,
and I felt the chill
from the rocks of Heaven.
As dew formed on my pale arms,
I was buried in the darkness
of my dreams.
I cried tears of falling angels,
whose screams reminded me of love
and hate.
I lifted my arms up
and became a whole
being of horror and pain,
of love and beauty,
of weakness and power,
of sadness and hope.
the only thing i love more than some cleanly produced black metal is when it’s made by righteously angry queer folks. excellent instrumentation, and vocals that sound like they’re coming through a portal from the future, trying to warn us about the coming apocalypse. Mae Shults
This first effort is haunting. The vocals make me feel like I am watching a ritual I should not be, while the blistering riffs feel directed at me in particular. Spectacular. sawtongue
